Support sucks, yab should look around the forum and help people, my file hosting service is near to dead, i have lost reputation and 1000$'s!,
I take me word back yab isnt the best!,

seems like the administrators have problems entering the forum, thats why you have such support, PM "yabsoft" with your feedback to see what he can do o.o

Yab has always been fast to respond to pm messages on my end !

Well, I am used of it now. But imo Yab has to take this as a serious issue. I can imagine how busy he is with social life and work. But the point is that he has to think about how he can offer as much service as possible.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I think Yab make a lot of money from his clients, I don't know how many clients he has, but if he make that lot of money and want to keep the clients satisfied, he should get more moderators to help AND he should pay them to motivate.
Although it cost him expenses, but he should consider how to solve this, because he has to be responsible for troubleshooting etc. which he is not imo when I read many messages that nobody is helping somebody. For clients like us, time is also money, so I can feel Esick's opinion in some way.

hi - fully agree support is an important aspect of any bussiness -
defenetly - when a site get stuck in some sort of technical problem - fast resolution is essential to not loose customers - defenetly time is web traffic and money -

Okay guys. Please stop this. As I said in a previous post, Stephen (Yabsoft) had some problems, but now he is back. He will fix everyone's issues.

Being on the forum more than him doesn't necessarily qualify you as a moderator :) You need to have knowledge of this script. You need to have patience, and many other factors.
I believe if you would qualify, Stephen would contact you. :P

I seem to be able to know the answers for many peoples problems,
But in the end of the day when i get an error message i cant find the problem:s
But i have run in my past very successfull file hosting services which i cannot mension, My newest one is Uploadline and which will be the last one.
The others i sold.
