How can I limit the max file space for certain 'Packages'?

I want one to be 5MB and one to be 40 MB

You cannot limit the file space.

Isn't that a pretty key option for file uploading scripts?

It certainly is akey aspect!

You can change it under Host package and then edit the package you want to restrict. There is a section called "Size limit"

That's only for a single file.

Example: I want some users to only have 10 Mb of total space.

For file hosting, I think it is not necessary to limit total filespace for users. I can't find any file hosting site that has such limition.
