it is not possible for users to make ther own folder

under adminpanel i try to enter top download files (Fatal error: Unable to read 12967 bytes in /hsphere/local/home/mastercr/**********/file/admin/admin_img.php on line 0

this is a great script but is it possible to fix thise errors ??

Problem 1:
What happens when they try? Check that you have allowed "make folder" in the host package config.

Problem 2:
Upload entire /admin directory with Binary mode.

You can go to admin panel>host packges page, picking up a package to edit its "can make folder" options.
