MHS License

We are very interested in using your MHS script, however there are two issues I would like to ask about before going with your software:

1., As I read it on your forum, currently MHS is depending on your server to be reachable for license key verification. Do you plan to change this and if yes, when? I think it is rather unacceptable that we would need to depend on your server being online in order to have our site running.

2., What about a lifetime license? At the moment you only offer a 12 month license, but what happens if you should be no longer doing business for any reason in 12 months (e.g. a bad accident or something similiar) ? Then the software we purchased would just stop working (see also my point above with the dependance on your server).

We are used to run commercial scripts, but these limitations don't make it very attractive to actually run a real business using the script. You might look at how kayako.com is licensing their commercial software. There are several options that give us as clients total freedom, regardless if they are around any longer or not.

Yes,we understand your point!We are planing to give full source,or provide several version to choose.

Currently,the license after 12 months can still allow you to run script,but no future supports & updates is avaliable,unless you renew the license.
