Good script but lots of bugs

I am curious as to why I paid 99usd for your script but it has so many bugs? I mean I went with you guys instead of a free one so I wouldn't have to deal with all the bugs and problems. But I have found at least 5 major bugs so far and in one case your fix caused more bugs then you fixed those bugs.

I am beginning to wonder if I made a mistake and if I should have went with alstrasoft or a freeware image hosting script.

I have only had this script for 3 days and have found many errors. I haven't even been able to start setting up the site.

What do you suggest Yabsoft? I am becoming very concerned that I got ripped off.

Let me tell you this bro:

Absolutely no software is bug free whether its your $200 copy of windows vista or your free copy of linux

If you are using version 2.2 then let me tell you that its a new release and its bound to have bugs...although I do agree there should have been a beta version before the final release yabsoft is always working to fix these bugs.

If you look at other companies they dont have a good support and although they boast a ton of features in them they too have bugs.

Try it if you want but no other company will give you the instant support and bugfixes yabsoft does....

We sincerely apologize for your inconvenience. Indeed we have made some mistakes in the recent updates:AIHS v2.2 Bugfix[6.26] (http://yabsoft.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3701). Now your issues should be cleared with the latest includes/inc.php.

There some bugs but yabsoft will fix them if you report them.

Try to help him to reproduce a bug you encounter and he will fix it :D

The only reason that I even mentioned it is because I do some beta testing for other software companies and to me it is very strange that a company with a good rep releases a product with out having beta testing done to it.

I'm not and I will repeat I am not trying to be disrespectful or tarnish yabsoft.
