Problem uploading files

I have this installed on my customers site, and can't upload files, it stops!

Can anyone please help me??

the customer url is http://www.abowaleed.org/, you can use the details

The cgi url (http://www.abowaleed.org/cgi-bin/cgienv.cgi) is showing 500 error. You need reupload all cgi scripts via ASCII mode and chmod to 0755.
