There are 2 options to moniter used webspace of your upload server:
[Admin Panel>Servers>Edit server]
Max webspace allowed:
Leave 0 will disable this check,once the used webspace get this value,your site will be forced to be offline and you will get notified from system to setup new servers to accept files!Or run cronjob.php to delete files to free webspace!
Email template:language/lang_name/emails/server_out.html
Warn level of webspace:
Leave 0 will disable this check,once the used webspace get this value,you will be emailed about it.You need prepare new server to accept new files.Or run cronjob.php to delete files to free webspace!
Email template:language/lang_name/emails/server_warning.html
Server monitor emails:[Admin Panel>Site>Configuration>Server monitor]
Fill a email address or a list of email addresses to recieve the moniter emails.
