Install Problem

hi,
whyle installing with installer i get the following error:

Warning: fopen(/home/share/public_html/fileserver/config.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/share/public_html/install/includes/install.php on line 176

Warning: fputs(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/share/public_html/install/includes/install.php on line 176

the check befor isntalling is OK. Aldo i chmooded the folder /includes to 777 and the aldo the file install.php itselve but still have this error.

could install but had to chmod /install/includes to 777
